Given the commitment assumed and the quality guarantee of the training SAAMA® reserves the right to grant a diploma linked to said courses, establishing, for this purpose, minimum requirements based on terms of attendance, participation, learning and use obtained by each one of the students.

Behaviour
In order to guarantee the smooth running of the conference, event or course, it is essential to comply with the fundamental guarantees of coexistence and respect. In the event of failure to comply with any of these guarantees, SAAMA® reserves the right of admission. The behavioral guarantees imply, by way of illustration but not limitation, the respect of the following principles:

Respect for the teaching team and members of the organization, as well as the rest of the course participants.
Punctuality in all scheduled events and activities.
Refrain from using or cooperating in fraudulent procedures in evaluation tests.
Any act or omission that disturbs the order of the classroom is prohibited.
Preserve the right to privacy of participants, speakers, trainers and / or third parties (especially regarding the non-disclosure outside their context of personal or professional experiences that they could have explained in the framework of conferences, events or courses).
Refrain from filming, recording or photographing the event from the beginning to the end.
 
Pricing and billing
The prices of our products and Services are expressed in euros. The price of each product or Service will be the one stipulated at all times on the Website (including applicable taxes), except in the event of a manifest error. Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a confirmation. Refund policy (exclusive for SAAMA® Training, seminars, conferences, webinars, Live broadcasts or online courses)


Regarding the Face-to-Face Training Courses:
If the participant cancels their attendance or fails to comply with the payment conditions, the amount will be returned as detailed below:

- If the student cancels 60 days before the event, 50% of the amount paid will be returned.
- If the student cancels with less than 30 days, no amount will be paid.
 
The 'enrollment date' will be understood as the date on which the student makes the first payment for the course in question.

Any case of abandonment or withdrawal requested once the course has started, you will not have the option of any refund or reservation for other courses, and you will lose the entire amount paid, as well as the progress of said course, even if it has been evaluated and approved.

Regarding the On-Line Courses:
Once the student has enrolled to the Course, no refund will be made on the amount paid.

The 'enrollment date' will be understood as the date on which the student makes the first payment for the course in question.

Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights
